Our services include

Our team will provide drawings, calculations and bar bending schedules to satisfy building control and building warranty companies.

Our expert surveyors can provide site levels, site layouts, pile layouts using pins for pile positions, centre lines for the foundations and brickwork set out once the foundations have been concreted.

Our expert design team can select the correct pile method, pile diameter and pile depth from a soil investigation and structural drawings. This comes in the form of a document required by building control or building warranty companies.

A steel tube is driven through soft and unstable ground until it reaches load bearing strata and achieves a set or refusal. Once installed the steel tube is filled with concrete and reinforced steel to connect to the foundation above. We provide static designs and pile log for building control and building warranty companies.

This method augurs into the ground to a depth that achieves the capability to sort the designed loads. Once extracting the augur, the open bore is filled with concrete or a grout mixture and a reinforced cage to connect to the foundation above. This method has many advantages from other piling methods. Less disturbance and can be used in noise sensitive areas. They are the preferred method when trees are a problem which cause heave and subsidence.

This method is the same as above but if the ground is unable to remain open once the augers have been extracted and bore collapse happens a hollow stem augur is used.

The auger is drilled to the final depth and before extraction, grout is pumped through the augers to the bottom which fills the bore created before the bore collapse.

Section flight and grout filled augurs are required to be integrity tested. Our team are qualified to provide the tests and documentation you will require.

The use of piles inside or on the outside of a structure which is subsiding.

These piles are installed, and pile caps, rafts or needle beams are used to support the subsiding structure. These details can be designed by our structural engineer.
